Assistant Luminary (Assistant Community Manager)

Primary Assistant Luminaries are leaders who take on significant responsibility in the area of Operations and Team Management. They have an innate desire to meet and exceed the expectations and needs of members. They support the Lead Luminary to ensure the general well-being of the community and events taking place throughout any given week, while simultaneously ensuring the reception, cafe, and cleaning staff are supported properly so that everyone can excel in their respective roles.

Primary Assistant Luminaries are masters at creating a vibrant workspace environment through effective communication and exceptional consistency. They act as the “face” or “go-to person” for members on a daily basis.

The heart of the role includes (though is not limited to) the following:

  • Make members feel good
  • Fulfill on Member requests
  • Assist the Lead Luminary
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in daily problem solving
  • Administrative management of the sales funnel
  • Book/onboard new members
  • Accept/process member payments
  • Give amazing prospective member tours
  • Implement & maintain opening/closing procedures
  • Handle emergencies
