Led by Andrea Cotter, Co-Founder and Partner in CultureTalk.com and Claudette Rowley, Consultant and Author (www.culturalbrilliance.com), the Conscious Culture series kicks off with an interactive workshop on conscious culture change. The workshop promises to help you:

— Look your “organizational elephants” square in the eyes

— Design a cultural solution that allows your enterprise to proactively adapt to change

— Decrease stress, inspire learning, and build organizational health.

In many organizations, culture is either not addressed at all, or when it is, it is only to note what is wrong, broken, or defective. Instead, how about calling forth brilliance? During this presentation, you’ll learn how to move beyond dialogue about culture into adaptive design and systemic implementation. You’ll have the opportunity to look at culture through a different lens and then engage in two exercises that you can apply in your organization right away.

You’ll learn:

— What nature teaches us about cultural change

— How to uncover how your culture really operates

— What you can do, regardless of your job role or position in the hierarchy of your organization

— Two lessons on culture from Star Wars: The Last Jedi

— How to create and apply a two-step cultural redesign

While this event is open to all, CCNYC Members (Leaders and Ambassadors) are free of charge — please make sure that you’re logged in to access this benefit. Non-members can join CCNYC here.
