Primary member, Natasha Ellis, is hosting this incredible studio workshop! Feel Alive is a movement practice that enlivens the body and the soul; also known as 'soulful fitness'. Beginners welcome/no experience necessary. It will be a barefoot class. Exercise attire, such as yoga clothes, recommended. 55-minutes and most importantly, FREE!
