Explore healthy ways to reduce stress and pressure by connecting more fully with your body’s inner wisdom. Let go of control and welcome release by getting out of your head and into your heart. We will explore healthy embodied approaches that encourage us to follow our intuition and trust ourselves through guided movement, sound, energy and connection in an experiential lab. This is more group process than exercise class, so come as you are in comfortable clothing that lets you move. Feel free to wear sneakers, shoes or go barefoot, whatever feels good for you.
