Racked Stretch Training Stretches

Be one of the first people to meet the newest group of Rackstars! You’re invited to participate in the Racked training stretch program. You’ll receive a complimentary 30 minute stretch (40 minute total experience with intake & feedback) that is an amazing full body experience. 

Please sign up for your 40 minute slot at the link below. It’s best if you wear clothing with good mobility and we request that everyone wears socks. Stretching is the perfect mid-day pick me up, providing stress relief, helping with focus, easing tension in your body, and helping you relax so book your Rack now!
