Who is this for? Small to medium business owners & managers who are planning to take their business to the next growth stage.

What will I leave with? "Next Level Business" is a speaker series and panel discussion sponsored by Say Bookkeeping in New York City. These events are geared towards small to mid-size business owners or those interested in starting their own business. The purpose is to provide educational content in an environment conducive to networking.

The panel discussion will last for a period of 60 minutes and experts from a variety of different industries will speak briefly about their area of expertise. Following the introduction, there will be a question and answer session which may lead to additional discussion where each of the panelists may weigh in on the topic.

Expert Panelists include:

  • Giuseppe Salamone (Founder and CEO of Say Bookkeeping) - Bookkeeping, accounting, CFO Services, capital raises & financial analysis

  • Robert C. Kern, Jr. (Counsel at Rivkin Radler Attorneys at Law)- Legal protections and corporate structure

  • Vince Parry, (Founder of Parry Branding Group) - Advertising, marketing and branding

  • Teamika Jeffrey (Director of Recruiting at Leslie Silver & Associates) - Staff recruitment and retention

  • Sel Watts (Founder of wattsnextpx) - People experience and staff development

  • Lisa Skye Hain (Founder of Primary) - Successful Business Owner of coworking space

The Format

6:00 - 6:30pm Check In / Networking

6:30 - 6:45pm Warm Up


  • Introduction: The event will be moderated by Allison Fowler, Vice President of Growth at Say Bookkeeping. A brief explanation of the focus of the discussion will take place, and sponsors and co-sponsors of the event will be introduced. A brief introduction to the 6 speakers on the expert panel will be provided. The experts will then take a moment to introduce themselves and provide their qualifications for speaking on the topics related to their area of expertise.


  • Set Questions: The moderator will ask a series of questions which have been pre-selected relating to each of the experts' areas of expertise. The appropriate expert(s) will then answer the questions in a way that is easy for the audience to understand.

  • Q&A: The moderator will open the floor to additional questions from the audience. The audience will be called upon by the moderator to ask additional questions, and the appropriate expert can provide their best answer. If more than one expert can weigh in on the topic then all applicable experts will be given the opportunity to speak to it.

*RSVP is required due to limited seating. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

If you would like to submit a question for the panelists, please register via Eventbrite and then submit your question for panelists via the Google Form Link no later than May 10th.
