Join our Penn Station Community Manager - and Registered Dietitian - Rachel Webb for an engaging, comprehensive overview of popular diets such as Keto, Paleo, Whole 30, and Intermittent Fasting. Interested participants can also participate in a 5 minute Wellness Assessment, covering behavior modification, food diary analysis, and an Overhead Squat Screen. Snacks will be provided that showcase the foods associated with the abovementioned diets, and there will be a non-dairy milk alternative taste test!
