Warrior Wisdom: Body Lab

This workshop will explore healthy ways to reduce stress and pressure by letting go of control and welcoming release. We will get out of our heads and into our hearts by connecting more fully with our body’s inner wisdom. We will explore healthy embodied approaches that encourage us to follow our intuition and trust ourselves through guided movement, sound, energy and connection in an experiential lab. This is not an exercise class per se, so come as you are in comfortable clothing that lets you move. Feel free to wear sneakers, shoes or go barefoot, whatever feels good for you.

Lenore is a leadership expert, executive coach and strategic growth consultant. She creates dynamic programs that encourage learning, growth and change through experiential exercises, personal insights and embodied practices. Her unique perspective combines expertise as a former corporate executive with profound inner-work modalities that cut through the surface to uncover deeper truths and create greater alignment and authenticity for individuals and companies.  Lenore supports business professionals, founders, executives and leadership teams to create positive change and growth through their leadership as President and Chief Growth Officer of Growth Warrior. She has a Columbia MBA and is a certified Empowerment Institute coach and Radical Aliveness practitioner.
