DIRECT REPORTS: Lead Luminary, Luminaries, and Wellness Ambassadors

YOUR PURPOSE: To create a sense of community that makes every member feel welcomed and productive, so they can run their businesses successfully and want to continue their membership at Primary.

YOUR FOCUS:

  • COMMUNITY BUILDING | Members continue to re-sign month-to-month and average length of membership increases from 10 months to 12 months. 

  • PEOPLE PERFORMANCE | All Luminaries and Wellness Ambassadors delivering as per their Outcome Profiles & agreed engagements.

  • MAKING IT HAPPEN | Members and employees are able to conduct business efficiently & seamlessly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMMUNITY BUILDING | Members continue to re-sign month-to-month and average length of membership increases from 10 months to 12 months. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Build a quality relationship with every member 

  2. Welcome new members to Primary through 30-minute team meetings done in the first month  

  3. Host new member orientations monthly 

  4. Conduct staying interview with current members every 6 months; conduct exit interviews for those leaving 

  5. Run events as per the events plan; create a schedule that provides value

  6. Host monthly networking luncheons 

PEOPLE PERFORMANCE | All Luminaries and Wellness Ambassadors delivering as per their Outcome Profiles & agreed engagements.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Manage Luminaries to achieve peak performance 

  2. Wellness Ambassadors connect with community 

  3. Hiring and onboarding of Luminaries & Wellness Ambassadors  

  4. Keep Wellness Ambassadors schedules updated & invoices paid  

  5. Keep Employee Handbook, Policy Manuals and Training Manuals updated

MAKING IT HAPPEN | Members and employees are able to conduct business efficiently & seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Implement and manage Member Request System 

  2. Keep the database accurate and updated with all members 

  3. Ensure inventory for office, studio & maintenance is counted and unpacked
