YOUR PURPOSE:  Engage new members and ensure the team is delivering on the Primary promise.

SALES | Secure new members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Fill vacant offices 

  2.  Engage incoming leads from initial inquiry to close

  3. Expand the Primary brand  

  4. Develop personal brand by interacting on LinkedIn  

  5. Oversee and follow the complete sales process 

PEOPLE | Employees and members are onboarded and working effectively.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  1.  Manage Community Manager/Lead Luminary to achieve peak performance 

  2.  Oversee recruitment of all Primary employees under the executive level 

  3. Oversee Performance Management of all non-executive level employees including terminations 

  4. Training & Development schedule is delivered in full

  5. Review Member Request System Report monthly provided by CM

  6. Strengthen relationships with current members

OPERATIONS | Reporting accurate and site running efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Provide Weekly Update reports

  2. Provide Monthly Senior Management Reports  

  3. Contribute to strategy 

  4. Ensure inventory for office and maintenance is ordered 

  5. Facilities, maintenance & vendor management
