General Manager (GM)

The GM oversees all aspects of community management, day-to-day operations, hospitality, site personnel, and facilities management.

Community Management:

  • Embody and exemplify Primary’s core values of love, joy, excellence, wellbeing, honor, respect, integrity, and passion

  • Oversee membership services including (though not limited to): in-house cafe, fitness studio, member programming, and front desk (concierge) service

  • Facilitate member connections through introductions and in-house events

  • Proactively troubleshoot and address member-related concerns and manage member expectations

  • Develop relationships with members and connect them with Primary resources that can help them achieve their business, wellness-related, and personal goals

  • Collaborate on and recommend best practices across the organization


  • Create and deliver operational reports, onsite P&L, and surveys analyzing day-to-day operations and performance

  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments

  • Maintain a level of uncompromising service, cleanliness, and aesthetics

  • Manage purchasing and inventory for all onsite operations including cafe, studio, and day-to-day facility maintenance

  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our Primary team including luminaries, baristas, and cleaning & maintenance staff
