YOUR PURPOSE: To support the Community Manager in creating an efficiently run environment where every member is welcomed and productive, so they want to continue their membership at Primary.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • High level of customer service

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESOURCEFUL TROUBLESHOOTING | Members are able to conduct business efficiently and seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Field and solve inquiries from members  

  2. Troubleshoot printing & IT issues

  3. Welcoming guests

  4. Mail delivery and distribution

THE PRIMARY WAY | Members are provided with an experience that exceeds their expectations. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Build relationships with members 

  2. Daily walk arounds to ensure smooth operations on site

  3. Ensure Primary areas are clean, organized and neat

  4. Question assistance - being able to answer questions in the employee handbook confidently

BEHIND THE SCENES | Support Community Manager to achieve their Outcome Profile. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Onboard new members 

  2. Pitch Primary with all 10 pieces of information and collect 5 pieces of information as outlined in Primary Pitch Document

  3. Upload event info to website & print flyers 

  4. Provide Community Manager with support to the Inventory process
