Lisa skye hain
As a magnetic leader, poised public speaker, and master networker, Lisa has spent a lifetime amidst thriving small businesses. She managed two restaurants in Danny Meyer’s hospitality empire, worked on a top residential & commercial real estate sales team with The Corcoran Group, built one of the world’s largest and most prosperous Manhattan BNI (Business Network International) chapters, and served as WeWork’s founding Head of Community — overseeing operations for their first 275 offices. When not at Primary, you’ll likely find Lisa traveling with Brian and their babies Henry and Hawk, practicing hot yoga, and/or eating coconut peanut butter.
As an entrepreneurial wellness leader, Brian has ventured into many dimensions of the health & wellness industry from launching endurance training businesses in Washington, DC and Portland, Oregon to leading business development efforts across the US for the World Adult Kickball Association (WAKA). With over a decade of experience that includes wellness programming, holistic health planning, multisport training, and community development, Brian has cultivated his craft as a health and wellness expert with a burning desire to raise the quality of health in the world.
When not at Primary, you’ll likely find Brian being active with his family outside and/or bio-testing one of the latest healthy trends.
Leveraging a background in architecture with field construction expertise, Danny has worked on a wide breadth of projects ranging from award winning apartments to $9m luxury retail flagship stores. On the retail side, he served as Director of Store Development and Construction for Aesop Americas, Senior PM for Kate & Jack Spade, and founding Director of Development for WeWork. With WeWork, Danny oversaw the design and execution of the brand’s first 500,000SF / six locations. When not at Primary, you’ll likely find Danny cycling, jumping on a plane for an overseas adventure, and/or cooking a delicious meal with locally grown produce.
An Accountant by trade, Sam has over 15 years experience working with both early stage ventures and large public companies. Sam has helped co-found and launch a myriad of startups through financial, operational and fund raising support. Most recently Sam spent his time in the Supply Chain industry where he led the implementation of the largest RFID rollout in the US for a plastic pallet company. As part of the core management team, Sam helped launch the North American Operations for a company with the first IoT enabled composite pallet. Sam received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, his MBA from Rollins College in 2000 and CPA in 2003. Sam is Passionate about lending his support to organizations that are aimed at ending childhood hunger. Born in New England, Sam now resides in Orlando, Florida.
When not working he is a golfer, dabbles in writing screenplays, enjoys Pilates and spending time with his son Mason, dog Milo and fiancee Oxana.
VP of operations and marketing
Jimmy Park brings experience in building and scaling businesses in both startups and publicly traded companies. He has deep knowledge in technology, online strategies, operations and finance. In 2012, he was responsible for all aspects of the digital media teams for “12/12/12 Concert for Sandy Relief,” which raised over $68 million dollars and generated more than two billion social impressions worldwide. Recently, Jimmy sold his company Techwood Consulting and is an equity partner and advisor to several companies. Jimmy is an alumnus of the University of Florida, Rollins College and the Harvard Business School.
In his free time, Jimmy is an avid rock climber and also active in competitive jiu jitsu.

Tim is a dedicated hospitality professional bringing with him a decade of experience. His career has spanned the hotel industry serving as the General Manager during the development and operation of lifestyle boutique hotels and has most recently worked for The Harvard Club of New York. Tim is passionate about hospitality and utilizes his hands-on leadership style to inspire authenticity and cammaraderie that ultimately engages both his team and guests in a meaningful way.
When not at Primary Tim enjoys the outdoors, movies with his wife and is actively involved in his church and community.
GENERAL mANAGER, pENN sTATION
Landon is thrilled to join our team as the General Manager for Primary Penn Station. His expertise lies in Resort and Hospitality Management, with a prominent Hilton Worldwide background. For over 15 years, Landon served individuals from all over the world in one of Florida's top tourist destinations, Fort Myers. Throughout the years, he has been creating cultures in the workplace that are undeniably attractive. With his positive outlook and "always say yes" approach, Landon creates a memorable atmosphere not only for the client, but his team as well. He calls it his "super power".
When not at Primary you'll find Landon exploring the love of his life, New York City.
community manager, Penn station
Rachel is an avid fitness enthusiast with over ten years in the wellness industry. Her passion is connecting people with results and empowering others to achieve more than they believe possible. Before becoming the Community Manager at Primary, Rachel managed, taught, and trained multiple fitness facilities and developed programs to train and develop other fitness leaders. She is so excited to bring her expertise and energy to the Primary team to help the community feel its best!
When she's not working, Rachel enjoys painting, studying yoga, brewing her own beer, and spending time with her two dogs!

Kelsey brings experience from the health, fitness, and wellness industry. Her career focus has been in operational capacities within campus recreation in higher education and sports and fitness management. Most recently, Kelsey has worked in the events and hospitality industry with an emphasis on building community through health and wellness events and experiences. Kelsey moved to New York City three years ago from sunny California and is passionate about being active and leading a balanced lifestyle.
When not at Primary, she enjoys going to fitness classes, eating at new restaurants in NYC, or traveling to the west coast.
Food & beverage manager
Eddy has served the coffee industry in multiple facets—from harvesting in El Salvador, to developing coffee experiences in New York. One of his simple pleasures is creating relationships and connecting people to resources. At Primary, he aims to foster a culture that encourages care and passion.
During his free time, he loves to read a good book with his husband, explore new coffee shops, or whip up vegan pastries.
Claudia is very excited and honored to be part of the Primary team as the Community Intern. She is a university student in Milan, majoring in Economics and Business Management. She is ready to commit to whatever challenge will come and she is willing to give her best contribution to the Community. She is passionate about making people feel their best and she really likes connecting with people and learning from every person she will meet along this experience.
When not at Primary, she enjoys exploring New York City, finding as many hidden places as she can.
